This city is also popular due to its nightlife – in the center, numerous bars and nightclubs lining the beach boulevard.
However, the region has much more to offer, with unspoiled places, regional delicacies, more beautiful beaches and many cultural attractions. Popular nature reserves of the islands Hòn Mun and Hòn Tam can be reached by boat and offer beautiful coral reefs. Gondolas will bring you across the water over to the pleasure island of Hòn Tre.
The temple complex of Po Nagar was built in the 8th century. It was restored in the 11th century after a destruction and is named after the goddess Po Nagar. At Dam market, you can buy regional products as well as delicious food. Fresh seafood is a specialty here. Clothes and shoes are offered as well as electronic devices and souvenirs.
